I Was Wrong – They Want War – Victory Girls Blog

Last week I advised that the best course of action as the left attacks our rights is to keep a civil course, wow them with facts, decency, and knowledge and defend our rights with knowledge, passion, and eloquence.

I felt that we could win based on logic and rational discourse, but having watched the events of this week unfold in front of my eyes, I realize just how wrong I was.

I thought that after engaging with our political opponents en masse, peacefully stating our concerns, and rationally discussing the issues of due process and Second Amendment rights in Richmond, the Democrats would step away from their insane assault on our freedoms.

I was wrong.

I’d be much more inclined to cut you some slack but for those two little words I highlighted at the beginning of your post:  “Last week.”

Really?  You just figured out last week that the Democrats are out to destroy you and all normal Americans?   I hope you always have friends around to remind you to breathe, because frankly, you don’t sound bright enough to remember to do it on your own.

Despite concerns which the Democrats admitted to have had about the proposed “red flag law” during discussions with the press and with gun rights advocates, they advanced this appalling legislation the very next day after the massive rally in Richmond, disingenuously claiming that the measure is “thoughtful” and preserves due process. They jammed through other appalling bills, limiting the ability of peaceable Virginians to exercise their rights, without so much as a second thought, claiming that “elections have consequences.”

Since it was only last week that you finally figured out the Dems hate you and want to destroy you, you probably missed it when, over a decade ago, Barack Obama said those very same words, just prior to jamming through a host of appalling bills including Obamacare, and a bunch of pen and phone dictats limiting or destroying our liberties – even as he unleashed the IRS and other federal agencies in direct, illegal attacks on American citizens.

Based on previous interactions with some of these legislators, I thought they would give consideration to the people whom they represent, even if those people didn’t vote for them or disagree with them politically.

I was wrong.

Ah. I see.  You knew some of these snakes.  You thought you were part of the crowd.  You thought this gave you some sort of agency, some inner knowledge that those of us of the distant unwashed, didn’t have.  And so you were unutterably shocked when they took a huge dump(ster fire) on your face.

Let’s remember, boys and girls. These pernicious fucks work for us, but they’re trying to keep themselves in power by silencing detractors and appealing to fetid ignorami.

And if you think this trend is limited to Virginia, you would be wrong too.

Well, since I luckily have not been living under a rock these past several decades, I don’t think this trend is limited to Virginia.  I’m even smart enough to understand that it isn’t a trend, it has been top-down policy set in stone since the 1960s.

The proglodyte sociopaths have a chokehold on the Democrats, so much that they feel they have to pander to their insanity by promising abortions on demand for biological males and paying off billions of dollars in college loans at taxpayer expense, while screwing Americans who have been fiscally responsible with their earnings.

Your shock and anger are encouraging, but you still don’t quite get it.  The Democrats have not been taken over by proglodyte sociopaths, the Democrats have very carefully, and very deliberately, built the sociopathic mob they now use in their attempts to rule us forever.  Jebus on a pogo stick, woman, they even want to tear down the borders because they think they need more sociopathioc serfs.

There may be some decent leftists here and there, but the shrieking, perpetually aggrieved progressive parasites have taken over, and they want you silenced and stripped of any dignity and freedoms.

No.  Not a single damned one.  There is no such thing as a decent leftist.   Oh, sure, there are stupid leftists, in fact stupid leftist is a pleonasm, but leftism and decency (in the sense of “… a decent respect to the opinions of mankind…”) are as incompatible as oil and water, or communism and liberty.

These people won’t listen to reason, and they are determined to destroy us – libertarians, moderate Republicans, hardcore conservatives, and RINOs. They don’t care. They want us gone, and they’re willing to lie, malign, and destroy using any means possible.

I thought the Democrats could be reasoned with.

I was wrong.

Once again, took you long enough.

This is not just about gun rights, or free speech rights. These people are out in the open, and they want to destroy you – everything you are.

I thought the Democrats wanted the same things for our nation as we do, and we merely disagreed on the best way to accomplish this.

I was wrong.

They don’t care about human rights, as they claim. They care about giving themselves power over you, over your thoughts, over your achievements and earnings. They don’t consider you human.

They want to burn it all down, and they will do whatever is necessary to ensure that happens. OK, let’s see what happens.

They want you gone. Act accordingly.

Welcome to the battle, sister.  Better late than never.  But far better for all of us to have been early.

Okay, I’m beating up on this nice woman even as she suddenly finds her eyes no longer wide shut, but wide open.  But this sort of thing makes me want to scream.  How in the everloving fuck could you make a reasonable claim to intelligence and not see what she has apparently just now discovered about the left?  And make no mistake, when you talk about Democrats you are talking about leftists.

I waste a lot of time trying to figure out why seemingly otherwise intelligent people have this massive blind spot about the nature of the left. I think I see some clues here.  

Does anybody else see a certain amount of assumed superiority in the way she approached the left?  A hint of, “Well, these hard core conservatives are too ideologically imprisoned to break through and reach the essentially good nature of their fellow Americans who just happen to think differently than they do?”

But she isn’t like that, oh noes.  She is of a higher, more rarefied nature, and can bridge the unfortunate gap between the well meaning folks on both sides of the ideological bridge.

TWANLOC.

Those Who Are No Longer Our Countrymen.

They are not our fellow Americans.  They want to destroy our America, and us with it.  She’s learned that now.  She’s discovered there is no bridging the gap.  

But damn it, how much damage was done while she, and people like her, refused to acknowledge and understand what was right in her face for most of her lifetime?

The biggest advantage the left has over us has always been the inability of folks on the right to understand and accept what the left is all about.  Because of Trump that is changing, because he is forcing them to drop their masks.  But for many of us that wasn’t necessary – we elected Trump because we knew what the left was and what it wanted to do to us.  So we voted for a dockyard brawler strong enough to fight them on their own terms and their own battlefields.

Which is why, of course, that leftists are shrieking about civility and norms, as they find themselves being gored in the guts by their own tactics used against them.  They liked things better when they brought a gun to a fist fight, and fist fighters proceeded under Marquis of Queensbury rules.

In the end, though, I think this willful blindness is rooted in fear.  And yes, it is willful.  It has to be, in order to suddenly discover that the left is evil and that it hates you just last week.

Because if you admit that leftists not only want to, but are, systematically and methodically destroying your liberties, you norms, your culture, your country, then you have to face up to the next terrible question:  What do you do now?

If jaw-jaw doesn’t work, is war-war next?

The answer is, in some form, yes.  And that’s scary.  It really is.  Scary enough to swallow years and years of lies in order to avoid facing it.
