Julian May Books Now Available in Kindle!

One of the few authors I kept in dead tree issues was Julian May, whose epic science fiction I’ve adored since first reading it.

I can’t re-read her that way any more, because my eyes, even with bifocals can’t pick out that tiny, tiny text. So you can imagine how thrilled I was to discover that finally – finally! – somebody with a modicum of brains has reissued all her good stuff for the Kindle.

Start with the four-book Pleiocene series, then read Intervention, then the three books of the Galactic Milieu trilogy. With the Rabbits taking over mainstream NYC science fiction, you don’t see too much of this sort of grand-scale SF these days.

Not to be missed.

Remember – anything you buy from Amazon through any link on this site puts a commission in my pocket, at no cost to yourself, so thank you very much! Also, arf! from the Presidential Pomeranian.

Check out my new bestseller, Lightning Fall: A Novel of Disaster. Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit.com says: “Bill Quick has authored a terrific thriller that is also an all too plausible warning. Highly recommended!” Available in Kindle e-book or trade paperback formats.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
