Getting What You Pay For – Good and Hard

I Checked My Privilege, And It’s Doing Just Fine – Kurt Schlichter – Page 1

We can’t have the American people thinking that hard work leads to success; people might start asking why liberal constituencies don’t just work harder instead of demanding more money from those who actually produce something.

Liberal constituencies do work hard – at producing flows of other people’s money via the government to their own pockets.  Being feckless, lazy, ignorant, and poor is what earns them rewards.  Liberals stake their reason for existence on facilitating this arrangement.  That given, why wouldn’t those constituencies be the wretched of the earth?  That’s what liberals want us to pay for, and that’s what we get if we do so.

Check out my new bestseller, Lightning Fall: A Novel of Disaster. Glenn Reynolds at says: “Bill Quick has authored a terrific thriller that is also an all too plausible warning. Highly recommended!” Available in Kindle e-book or trade paperback formats.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
