After 2014….

So what would the GOP do with the Senate if they got it? « Hot Air

It would be worth drafting up a number of bills and sending them to Barack Obama’s desk. If he simply vetoes them all, then he is the bottleneck for the next two years. And if he somehow manages to sign something in the spirit of bipartisanship? Bonus.

Obama isn’t going to sign anything that threatens to help Republicans in 2016, or anything that threatens to hurt what he views as his “accomplishments,” or any of the long term Democrat wish list.

And he’ll have the fellating tool media doing everything it can to shift blame for the ensuing gridlock to the GOP, while fellated tools like Shumer, Reid, and Pelosi run around shrieking about the unreasonable racist Republicans.

Check out my new bestseller, Lightning Fall: A Novel of Disaster. Glenn Reynolds at says: “Bill Quick has authored a terrific thriller that is also an all too plausible warning. Highly recommended!” Available in Kindle e-book or trade paperback formats.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
