The Biggest Scandal?

Today’s attempted narrative on the IRS scandal: A Republican in the IRS says “Nothing to see here” | Questions and Observations

This is ridiculous. The IRS scandal is bigger than Watergate, bigger than Benghazi, bigger than Fast and Furious, bigger than Iran-Contra, bigger than Monicagate – bigger than any other scandal for the federal government in my lifetime. Teapot Dome isn’t close to this.

Ehm…bigger than NSA-Gate?

Actually, I think they are all of a piece: a rogue ruling class regime running wild behind a nearly impenetrable screen of secrecy. That is the real scandal here.

Actually, it’s more than a scandal. It is a deadly threat to our nation, our liberties, and our future.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.

  1. The leftists believe that now they are finally in power, they can instantiate the revolution they’ve lusted for since the 60s. The eventual outcome is still uncertain, since they are so incompetent, as usual.
