Man of Steele Tinfoil

Via The Classic Liberal Blog – which does some of the best aggregations around – comes a link to McQueen and QandO:

Incompetence is color-blind | Questions and Observations

A rumination on the Cowardice of Michael Steele and the Racebait Excuse Syndrome. I was going to blog this myself, but McQ covers all my bases here.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.

  1. Tin was known as the the white metal, and tinsmiths were also called whitesmiths. Steel, or iron, was the black metal, worked by blacksmiths.

Your choice of wording for the title shows you are a !!!@+!RACSIT!!++!!!1=!1 just like Steele says.

  2. So…what if we refer to him as “man of aluminum foil”?…

Admittedly, it doesn’t have that same “ring” to it – but it will reflect his metalmettle perfectly…

He’s supposed to be bright – was “the next shiny thing”, for Rethuglicans anyway – and he crumpled at a hard look –

Plus, he’s obviously been shown to be a real lightweight.

I think that about wraps it up…

  3. Surely someone good with this sort of thing can improve on this. The Bauxite Bumbler from Baltimore?

I saw tonight that some are claiming they don’t want to replace Steele now, what with November coming… in 7 months. Yes, let’s wait until it will be a story blasting all across every outlet in late September, and we can’t get anyone on television or anywhere else to refute the latest Democrat October Surprise. That will work out better. Just like in ’06 and ’08!
