ANN ALTHOUSE: “I’d like to see more detail about this ‘fear of being thought as racist.’ It sounds like a confession of deliberate law enforcement paralysis, a choice to permit thousands of children to be raped for decades on end, because of befuddlement about how on earth to begin to do anything without looking bad or because of a sense that your community is already hopelessly overwhelmed by evil forces that will only become more aggressive and violent if opposed.”

The “fear of racism” involves naming Muslims as perpetrators, and it’s happening in England, which has ceased to be a nation and is rapidly becoming conquered territory.

That said, we aren’t that far from that sort of paralysis here in the US in many places.  The solution?  A=A.  Call a spade a spade, a thug a thug, a child rapist a child rapist, and a Muslim a Muslim.  If some of those categories happen to overlap, well, A still equals A.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.

  1. Regarding the US media, I think it is better explained by plain old anti-Americanism. For the so called conservatives, it is the fear of being labeled racist.

And then there is the average democrat, cheering for the barbarians to win.
