That’s The Key, Though: Replacing Him With a Conservative
Bill Quick

Tom Coburn rips outside conservative groups – POLITICO.com

Coburn singled out negative ads by Senate Conservatives Fund and Oklahomans for a Conservative Future aimed at boosting the candidacy of tea party darling T.W. Shannon, the former state House speaker who’s drawn the support of national conservatives like Sarah Palin and Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Mike Lee (R-Utah).

In a recent interview Coburn was careful not to name Cruz and Lee — but slammed people for not doing their “due diligence” before endorsing a candidate. In a joint letter on Thursday, Palin, Lee and Cruz wrote a letter boosting Shannon’s candidacy and bashing Lankford’s “backing of the Washington establishment,” a reference to his service in House leadership.

Another guy I won’t miss.  Especially if we can replace him with an actual conservative.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
