French Foreign Minister: ’500 Days to Avoid Climate Chaos’ | The Weekly Standard

And we have – as I said, we have 500 days to avoid climate chaos. And I know that President Obama and John Kerry himself are committed on this subject and I’m sure that with them, with a lot of other friends, we shall be able to reach success on this very important matter.

It is unclear what the foreign minister had in mind with the 500 days.  However, France is scheduled to host the “21st Conference of the Parties on Climate Change” in December 2015, about 565 days from now.

If this were actually accurate, rather than the arrant bullshit and lies that it obviously is, we’d be in trouble.  But it isn’t, and we aren’t.

Check out my new bestseller, Lightning Fall: A Novel of Disaster. Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit.com says: “Bill Quick has authored a terrific thriller that is also an all too plausible warning. Highly recommended!” Available in Kindle e-book or trade paperback formats.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
