FIRST MICHELLE OBAMA IN TOPEKA, NOW THIS: Holder cancels appearance in Oklamhoma City amid angry protests. “This man has used his position to advance his own political agenda and that’s not right. He swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution and defend it for all of us — not some of us.”

The Ruling Class is beginning to run into the discontented Country Class.  How shocked they must be to discover their efforts to rule them aren’t bearing fruit.  Quite the opposite, in fact.

I wonder if Holder and the Obamas will see this as a burgeoning democracy in action, the way they look at the al-Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt?

Check out my new bestseller, Lightning Fall: A Novel of Disaster. Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit.com says: “Bill Quick has authored a terrific thriller that is also an all too plausible warning. Highly recommended!” Available in Kindle e-book or trade paperback formats.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.

I prefer the modern alternative — .308 JHP @ 2900 fps. But then the old-fashioned draw-and-quartering is not a bad idea, just more messy and it takes longer.
