I’m watching and listening to coverage of President Bambi’s preemptive surrender speech this afternoon.
It’s almost universally being reported as the President warning the Russians to “stay out of the Ukraine.”
This is, of course, several hours after Russia invaded Ukraine and are now fully in Ukraine, in the form of armored columns advancing on the capital of Crimea.
The word “invasion” is not being used at all to describe what Russia is doing in Ukraine, as far as I can tell.
I guess that’s because if the MSuckM did report it as an invasion, it would make Bambi’s gum-swabbing about “consequences if the Russians invaded” look just as haplessly pathetic as it actually is.
