136 kg is 287 lbs. Found the video on one of Mark Rippetoe’s forums.
Just finished my third Rippetoe workout. My upper body strength is okay on presses, but my squats and deadlifts are pathetic.
I’ll keep plugging. One thing is very obvious, though. If I’m going to keep on with this, I’m going to have to get different equipment. My free weights are okay for the time being, but I’m going to have to dump the machine for a power rack and a new bench.
