I Choose Cruz

Ryan supports Christie, disagrees with Cruz’s approach on budget – CNN Political Ticker – CNN.com Blogs

Rep. Paul Ryan, a Republican from Wisconsin and former Republican vice presidential candidate, distanced himself from one of the most conservative leaders of his party and expressed reluctant support for one of its most embattled figures. At the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Ryan took a swipe at Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, for not recognizing “reality” and, when pressed, expressed moderate support for Gov. Chris Christie, R-New Jersey.

When can we start calling him Paul RINO?

How about right now?  Actually, I’ve been thinking of him like that for a while.  Ever since 2012, in fact.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
