What is being missed by the circular firing squad is that “RINO” Romney would win election today. What is forgotten is that NOT ONE Republican — no, not even a RINO — voted for Obamacare. That ought to matter. There is unity on the big issues, not just among Republicans, but among the majority of Americans. It’s a golden opportunity, but few seem to care.
Uh huh. And so would, probably, Rick Perry, or Rand Paul, or Ted Cruz, or even Rick Santorum – any of whom I’d vote for over Mittens Romneycare.
Or not. We can’t know. At this point in 2011, leading up to 2012, similar prognosticians were being offered based on Obama’s bad polling numbers, which continuied to worsen well into 2012. Supposedly anybody could beat him, which was why it was okay to nominate the one guy who could not run against Obamacare, a shit sandwich RINO named Romney.
In fact I question whether if a real race were held today between Romney and Obama, whether the result would be any different than the one in 2012.
Those who vote for the shit sandwich RINO slate deserve what they get – shit sandwich RINOs working in tandem with Democrats to increase the power, control, and wealth of the state.
You’re welcome to that. I won’t go along with it any more. In fact, I will oppose that strategy at every opportunity.
