Rubio Opposes Budget Deal | National Review Online

Senator Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) was quick to announce his opposition to the Murray-Ryan budget deal

We need a government with less debt and an economy with more good paying jobs, and this budget fails to accomplish both goals, making it harder for more Americans to achieve the American Dream. Instead, this budget continues Washington’s irresponsible budgeting decisions by spending more money than the government takes in and placing additional financial burdens on everyday Americans.

Uh huh. But your scamnesty bill will fix all of this…again, how?

STFU, treachery boy. We can’t trust you any more. Who knows? Though today you’re advocating a government with less debt, and more good paying jobs, and tomorrow you might be advocating that we borrow a trillion bucks so we can pay lots more benefits to the unemployed.

Just fugeddaboutit, okay?

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.
