Talk About A Full-Court Hack Propaganda Press

On the local TV news, I have heard at least six separate stories featuring “gun safety efforts,” all of them repeated multiple times – I’m guessing about one third of all segments are pushing some aspect of this unconstitutional crusade.

They aren’t even trying to pretend to objectivity at this point.

My guess is that they will come to regret going so deeply and obviously in the tank for statist tyranny at some point down the road.

About Bill Quick

I am a small-l libertarian. My primary concern is to increase individual liberty as much as possible in the face of statist efforts to restrict it from both the right and the left. If I had to sum up my beliefs as concisely as possible, I would say, "Stay out of my wallet and my bedroom," "your liberty stops at my nose," and "don't tread on me." I will believe that things are taking a turn for the better in America when married gays are able to, and do, maintain large arsenals of automatic weapons, and tax collectors are, and do, not.

  1. They will never regret their actions and full court advocacy. They are “Doing The Right Thing” with the full approval of their peers.

Any and all negative consequences to themselves and the country are entirely unrelated to their actions, could not have been foreseen, and are entirely unfair.

  2. “I suppose that will include lynching them en masse from a multitude of lamp posts, but I doubt it will matter much to them at that point.”

Indeed. Historically it’s been the useful idiots that were first to go.
May their chains rest lightly as they lick the hand that feeds them.
